Terms and Conditions of Use of the Digital Channel

WILLKA SARIRI is a formal travel agency, registered with the official organizations of Peru. We are accredited by the National Superintendence of Tax Administration (SUNAT) and listed in the National Directory of Qualified Tourism Service Providers of MINCETUR.

We will send an e-mail confirming the transaction and reconfirming your reservation.
Payment receipts will be issued digitally.


RESERVATIONS AND INQUIRIES


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

1. Advance Payments:

To protect the company from last-minute changes and cancellations, we require 50% of the total price in advance to reserve the contracted services.

2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Service Modifications

2.1 Cancellations:

The client may cancel the reserved package by sending a written cancellation request to reservas@willkasaririexperience.com.pe up to 21 days before the original tour date. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

Notice Period Before Trip Penalty
Up to 21 days before travel 15% penalty for administrative, staff, and service-related costs
Between 20 to 8 days before travel 50% penalty (half of the total amount will be charged)
7 days before or same day of travel 100% penalty (full amount will be charged)

2.2 Service Modifications:

Modifications may be requested up to 10 days before the original travel date. Requests must be made by the same user who booked, via reservas@willkasaririexperience.com.pe.
If a modification cannot be made due to unavailability or other reasons, a refund may apply (see refund policy below).


2.3 Refunds:

Only the person who made the booking is authorized to request cancellations or modifications and will be the sole recipient of any refund.
Refunds do not include additional fees from taxes, bank agents, or international transfer agents.

  • Refund processing time: 3 to 10 business days (depending on whether the process is in person or online).

Service Modification Penalties and Refunds

Notice Period Before Travel Policy
Up to 21 days before travel No penalty if the new service date is available. If unavailable, 85% of the total will be refunded (15% kept for administrative costs).
Between 20 to 8 days before travel No penalty if the new service date is available. If unavailable, 50% of the total will be refunded (50% kept for administrative costs).
Between 7 to 1 day before travel No penalty if the new service date is available. If unavailable, no refund will be issued (100% charged for administrative costs).
